This Privacy Policy explains how PURENUTRITION SRL (“OO WELL”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with the OO WELL™ mobile application (the “App”) and related services. OO WELL™ is a trademark of PURENUTRITION SRL.

OO WELL™ is a private application provided to clients of PURENUTRITION SRL. Accounts are created by the Company for clients who have entered into a program agreement with us. When you first download and open the App to view your diagnostic results, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, and consent to the processing of your data before accessing any content.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (NCPDP) if you believe your data is processed unlawfully.

OO WELL™ is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older. By accepting this Privacy Policy upon first use of the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If we become aware that a person under 18 holds an account, we will deactivate the account and delete the associated personal data.

Clients enter into a written program agreement (contract) with PURENUTRITION SRL. Based on that agreement, the Company creates an account for the client and prepares the client’s diagnostic results, lifestyle and nutrition analysis, and interpretation of laboratory results (where provided) within the App.

When the client first downloads and opens the App, they are presented with the Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, and the data-processing consents, which must be accepted before any content is accessed. Consent to the processing of personal and health data is therefore obtained directly from the client within the App. Each consent choice is recorded together with a timestamp.

Account Information.

Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and account credentials.

Health and Wellness Information.

To provide personalized wellness services we may collect: health questionnaires, lifestyle information, nutrition information, wellness goals, uploaded laboratory test results, uploaded medical reports, ultrasound reports, health assessments, consultation summaries, program progress information, and food photographs uploaded by users.

Communication Data.

In-app chat with specialists, customer support communications, and feedback forms.

Technical Information.

Device information, operating system information, application usage data, log information, and push notification preferences.

We use information to: create and manage accounts; deliver wellness programs; provide specialist consultations; generate personalized recommendations; enable communication with specialists; track program progress; improve App performance; provide customer support; maintain security and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Upon first use of the App, the client is asked to accept the following:

Required consents:

• Acceptance of the Terms of Service.
• Acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
• Consent to process personal and health-related data for the purpose of providing wellness programs, consultations, assessments, recommendations, and related services.

Optional consent:

• Consent to receive marketing emails, promotions, product updates, and event invitations.

Each consent is a separate, clear opt-in, recorded with a timestamp. You may withdraw any consent at any time, as easily as it was given.

OO WELL™ may use artificial intelligence technologies provided by third-party service providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to assist users with wellness-related guidance and educational information. Information submitted to AI-powered features may be processed to generate responses, recommendations, and educational content. AI-generated content is provided for informational and wellness purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

OO WELL™ uses analytics tools, including PostHog, to understand how users interact with the App, improve services, and enhance user experience. Analytics are used solely for first-party product analytics and service improvement. OO WELL™ does not use analytics for cross-app advertising tracking and does not track users across third-party apps, websites, or advertising networks.

Website analytics and cookies.

On this website (livelongoowell.com) the same first-party PostHog analytics run only after you opt in through the cookie-consent banner. Until you accept, no non-essential analytics cookies are set and no usage data is sent. If you accept, a strictly necessary cookie (oowell_consent) records that choice, and PostHog collects anonymous interaction data (such as pages viewed and clicks) with form values and text masked. Analytics data is ingested through PostHog’s EU endpoint. You may withdraw consent at any time by declining when prompted again or by clearing the site’s cookies in your browser; declining prevents analytics from loading and, if it was already enabled earlier in your session, stops it immediately.

Where applicable under the GDPR and the Moldovan Law on Personal Data Protection, we process personal information based on: the client’s consent; performance of the program contract entered into between the client and the Company; legitimate business interests; and compliance with legal obligations. Health-related information is processed only with the client’s explicit consent and for the purpose of providing wellness services.

We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients.

Service Providers (Subprocessors).

We use the following third-party providers to operate the App. Each processes data under a data-processing agreement and, where available, EU data residency:

• Supabase – database and authentication.
• Vercel – web hosting.
• Railway – backend hosting.
• Resend – transactional email.
• Trigger.dev – background job processing.
• Upstash – caching and queues.
• PostHog – first-party product analytics.
• Sentry – error monitoring.
• OpenAI, Anthropic – AI-powered features.
• Apple, Google – app distribution and push notifications.
• Expo – mobile application infrastructure.

Specialists.

Authorized nutritionists, wellness specialists, coaches, and consultants involved in delivering services to the user.

Legal Authorities.

When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We do not sell personal information.

Some of our service providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel, and others) may process information outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and, where available, EU data residency, to ensure your personal information receives an adequate level of protection.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

• Health and program-related data of active clients: 3 years after the user’s last activity.
• Diagnostic-only records (no program purchased) and marketing leads: 2 years.
• Security and failed-login logs: 90 days.
• General activity and audit logs: 3 years.
• Accounting and billing records: 7 years, or as required by applicable law.

After the applicable retention period expires, personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Irreversibly anonymized information may be retained for analytics, reporting, research, and service improvement purposes.

You may request account deletion directly from within the App or by contacting us.

• Marketing-only or inactive users: personal data is fully deleted upon request.
• Active or former program clients: the account is deactivated immediately, and health-related records, consultation history, and transaction records are retained for the applicable retention period before permanent deletion or irreversible anonymization.

Financial and accounting records are retained according to applicable tax and accounting requirements regardless of account deletion.

We implement reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Uploaded health documents, laboratory results, and ultrasound reports are subject to enhanced safeguards, including restricted access and encryption in transit and at rest.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected users in accordance with applicable law, including within 72 hours where required by the GDPR. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal information; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; restrict processing; object to processing; withdraw consent; receive a copy of your information; and lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova. OO WELL™ is a wellness and lifestyle application. OO WELL™ is not a medical institution, clinic, hospital, or licensed healthcare provider. The App, its content, assessments, consultations, recommendations, programs, and AI-generated information are provided solely for educational, informational, and wellness purposes. Nothing within the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical condition, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment decisions, medications, or emergencies. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact your physician or local emergency services immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
